AB  - &lt;p&gt;The author analyzes the subject of libraries that serve of one of the bodies that are part of the political structure of the state: that of the judiciary. Thus, he researches the relationship between libraries and the judiciary from different points of view. He studies the variety of libraries available within the organic structure of political institutions as a matter of public authority in respect to legal material. He argues that within the law library sector, judicial libraries are material and intellectual resources that facilitate access to justice within the framework of a democratic society. These are libraries that, through their collections and services, provide information and knowledge about the different branches of law, to serve mainly judges, lawyers, attorneys, prosecutors, and other officials in charge of the administration of justice. The object of the study is limited to the Federal Judiciary.&lt;/p&gt;
